Open your Norton account
Visit my.norton.com and select Sign In. Enter your email address or username.
Choose how to sign in
Use an emailed passcode, or a registered mobile number if offered. Alternatively, select Use password. A previously linked Google, Apple or Microsoft account may also be available.
Complete verification
Enter the requested code. With password sign-in, complete two-factor verification if enabled. Keep codes private and enter them only in the official sign-in flow.
Find your subscription
Check that you are in the account used for your purchase. Review your subscriptions before downloading or changing a renewal setting.
A little more clarity.
Forgot your Norton password?
Choose Forgot password? on the official sign-in screen. Enter the account email and follow the reset message to create a new password. A password reset does not transfer purchases between accounts. If a security-lock message asks you to reset your password, follow that process before trying again.
No email or verification code?
Check the spelling of the address and your spam folder. Use the newest requested message. If you cannot access your old email or verification method, use Norton’s official account support.
Login keeps failing
Repeated incorrect passwords can temporarily lock an account. Norton advises waiting an hour for that specific situation. Check Norton’s service-status page for outages. Record the actual error instead of repeatedly submitting the same details.

01Why is my subscription missing?+
Compare the account email with your purchase confirmation. An expired purchase, a different account or a key that has not yet been linked needs a different next step.
02Should I create a new Norton account to fix login?+
Try recovery first. A new account will not automatically contain subscriptions associated with your existing account.
